When you request early access we collect the details you provide: your name, company, email address and role. When you use GOaccounting, we process the business and financial information you or your team submit to the service — documents, bank statements and related accounting data — solely to provide the service.
To operate GOaccounting, respond to your requests, improve the service, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
We process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and access is controlled per business. Detailed security documentation is available to early-access partners on request.
